Turning the calendar page

It seems like just yesterday that it was June 30th and I was scared to turn the calendar to July. Why scared?? Because I knew that absolutely every single day had a reservation, an activity, an event. Scheduled days at work and no time for anything else. And then Kelley asked me if I wanted to go with her to New York City for a Big Brother get together. I cannot tell you how fast I said YES... and then remembered the calendar. A quick ask of my coworkers at Tourism to switch dates with me, scheduling the guest house cleaner for a few more days and ability to block the other days and I was in the store buying a new suitcase for the trip! July was indeed VERY busy but we made it through. We made it with laughter and love. The days were long but very rewarding. Now, here we stand at the last day of July and I am again scared to turn the calendar page. August is full of work and weddings and guest stays and I am looking forward to what I don't see on the calendar. Blessings to you all and make the best of every day!
