We host one wedding a weekend. That's the whole thing, really. You get the entire farm from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon, no other couple setting up around you, nobody waiting for you to clear out, no hard stop at ten because another party comes in Sunday morning.
Forty-eight hours means you're not rushing. Set up Friday, have your rehearsal on the property, get married Saturday, and clean up Sunday morning without anybody hovering.

Eighteen people can sleep on the property, the guest house, the chicken coop, and the upstairs apartment. For everybody else, there are hotels in North Sioux City and Dakota Dunes about fifteen minutes away, and in Vermillion about ten minutes the other direction.
